Process for
using Able Ads Outsource
Services
If you are considering
using Able Ads
copywriting
services, the first
step in the process
is to send us a
query.
Making a Query
To
make your query
submission quick and
easy, we have placed a
short form on our
‘contact us’ page.
Simply type in your name
and contact e-mail,
select the topic of your
query from the drop down
menu, (general query,
service request, or
other), and then type in
your specific query.
When you have completed the
form, press the ‘submit
form’ button. Our
standard operating
procedure (SOP) is to
answer all queries
within one 1-working
day.
If you are requesting
service, please include
as much detail as
possible. For example,
if you are asking for an
article to be written to
your keywords, state the
required article length
(approximate number of
words), the keyword or
key-phrases you want
included, and when you
would require the
completed article.
Agreement
Review and Contract
Upon
receiving your query, we
draft a provisional
scope of work (SOW). The
SOW simply outlines the
task involved from the
information you
submitted, from which we
determine and list
project cost, and
timescale to completion.
If we need more information
to accurately determine
project cost or
completion time, we will
contact you for this
information. When the
SOW is ready, we e-mail
it for your review.
There is no charge for
this service, and for
most projects, the SOW
is generally completed
within 24-hours.
When you have reviewed the
SOW and decide to
proceed with the
project, we then send a
contract. The contract
states the specific
project details: tasks
required, estimated
completion time/date,
project cost, and
payment details.
The project cost listed in
the contract is fully
inclusive. It includes
all costs associated
with the project; such
as, research, proofing,
editing, making minor
adjustments and, of
course, providing unique
original copy. Once the
project has been agreed
and the contract signed
by both parties, the
price is fixed. We levy
no additional charges or
rates in the completion
of the agreed tasks.
Outsource
Payment Terms
As
an outsource vendor we
have low overheads - and
pass our saving onto our
clients through our low
rates. However, as there
have been some occasions
when we have had
difficulty in obtaining
payment, we now use
payment schedules; one
for new clients and one
for trusted repeat
clients.
New
Clients
If the project is for
minor artwork (e.g. web
buttons or web banner
costing US$ 25 or less),
full payment is required
at project start.
For larger projects, such
as copywriting services
for web page content or
article writing, a 50%
payment is required at
project start. This is
to be followed by 25% on
completion of the
client’s review of first
draft, with the
remaining 25% paid on
project completion.
Alternately, new clients
may elect to make a one
time payment at the
start of the project, or
pay the remaining
balance upon review of
the first draft.
Repeat
Clients
If the project is for
minor artwork (web
buttons or web banner
costing US$ 25 or less),
full payment to be made
on project completion.
For larger projects,
repeat clients may elect
to pay 75% on first
draft delivery followed
by 25% at project
completion, or make full
payment at review of
first draft.
